Shipping Policy
* Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

* Local Delivery: We offer free shipping for orders over €100. For orders under €100, a fixed shipping fee applies.

* Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 
RETURNS RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order or part of it within 14 working days from the delivery date. RETURN CONDITIONS • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and the packaging has not been tampered with. • The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of transaction (Retail Receipt or Invoice - Delivery Note). • In the case of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, Naughty Dogs reserves the right to refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the original shipping address of the order. RETURN PROCEDURE Before proceeding with the return of products, please contact us via email at krxaestheticscy@gmail.com. Then, please pack the product with the packaging in which it was sent to avoid damage during transportation. Products must be returned in the original condition in which they were delivered to you, ensuring they have not been altered, modified, or used. You can return a package in the following ways: a) If you wish to exchange a product, the exchange will be done hand-to-hand with the new delivery from the courier. b) You can go to any Akis Express store or any other courier service of your choice and send the package to the address listed on our website. ATTENTION: Return shipping costs for product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and not the company. Only in cases of product damage will you not be charged for shipping. If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to credit the customer only for the intact products.
